High-Value & Vehicle Loans
Do you offer large-dollar loans?
Yes. We regularly make large-dollar pawn loans on high-value collateral.
What high-value items will you pawn?
We make loans on:
- Cars & trucks
- Motorcycles
- Boats & watercraft
- Powersports vehicles (ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, dirt bikes)
- Trailers
- Certain title-based or real estate–secured collateral (where legally permitted)
What do I need to pawn a vehicle or similar asset?
For vehicle and similar high-value loans, you must provide:
- A clean title in your name
- The vehicle or asset itself (customer cannot keep the vehicle during the loan)
- Proof of insurance
We will secure your asset on-site. We are not liable for fire or theft; you are responsible for insuring your asset while it is in our custody.
Is there a credit check for large loans?
No. Just like any other pawn, there is no credit check. The loan is based on the item, not your credit.
Do interest rates change on large loans?
Yes. If the asset exceeds certain value thresholds, the interest rates drop, making large, high-value loans more cost-efficient.
Layaway Program
Do you offer layaway?
Yes. We have a simple layaway program.
What is your layaway policy?
- 30% down holds the item for 30 days
- You can extend another 30 days by putting down another 30%

Pawn Loans & Terms
How do pawn loans work?
You bring in an item of value, we appraise it, and offer you a cash loan based on its value.
We hold your item as collateral until you repay the loan plus interest.
How long is my pawn loan good for?
Our standard loan term is 30 days, with a 10-day grace period after that.
What happens after 30 days?
After the 30-day term, interest continues to accrue and is prorated. You still have your 10-day grace period before the loan is considered defaulted.
Can I extend or renew my loan?
Yes. We offer extensions and renewals with interest-only payments. As long as you pay the interest due, you can keep the loan active within legal limits.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes—all retail sales are subject to state and local tax.
What happens if I don’t repay my loan?
If you don’t redeem or extend your loan by the end of the term and grace period, the item is forfeited to Washington Gun And Pawn and may be sold.
There is no credit check, no collections, and no impact on your credit score.
What are your interest rates and fees?
Interest rates vary depending on how expensive the item is—larger, higher-value items may receive lower interest rates.
We do not charge storage fees or late fees; only accrued interest applies.
Firearms & Ammunition
Can I pawn or sell firearms and ammo?
Yes. We accept firearms and ammunition for pawn and purchase, subject to all federal, state, and local laws.
How do firearm purchases work?

- A background check
- Approval before the firearm can be released
How much do you charge for firearm transfers?
We charge $20 to transfer firearms into our store from another FFL or approved source.
Do you warranty the guns you sell?

You can extend this to a lifetime warranty for $100.
- We warranty that the firearm functions properly and will fire as intended.
- We do not warranty damage, neglect, abuse, exposure to the elements, or cosmetic/visual condition.
